To be perfectly honest, I was goofing around with the filters I never use in Photoshop Elements, and I stumbled across this one. Glowing Edges. I have always ignored it because of the description, but apparently that was something of a mistake. It's quite a unique filter, and makes some of the most boring photos into some very interesting eye candy.
